Terms of Service & Privacy.

Plain English where the law lets us. Lawyer English where it doesn’t. If anything here surprises you, tell us — we’ll either rewrite it or explain why we can’t.

1. The agreement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Super Health Ltd. (“Super Health”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you install, open, or use our mobile applications and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, the right move is to not use it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Super Health. If you’re using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your account.

You can use Super Health without creating an account. If you choose to create one (for encrypted backup, multi-device sync, or support continuity), you’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

One human, one account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain something (e.g. payment records).

3. Acceptable use.

Use Super Health lawfully and don’t do any of the following:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract our source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone — including yourself.
  • Resell, white-label, or rebrand the Service without a written agreement from us.
  • Send automated traffic, scrape, or otherwise interact with the Service in a way that isn’t how a normal person would.
  • Use the Service to make medical decisions for yourself or someone else — see section 6.

4. Your content & data.

Everything you log into Super Health — sets, sessions, food, body weight, photos, notes — is your content. You keep all rights to it. We get only the narrow, revocable licence we need to store it on your behalf, sync it between your devices if you turn that on, and show it back to you.

We do not sell, share with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs inside the app. If we ever change this, we’ll tell you in-app first, give you a meaningful choice, and you’ll see it in the next App Store / Play Store release notes.

Export & portability

You can export everything you’ve logged at any time, in a structured format (JSON + CSV), from Settings → Data → Export. You don’t have to ask us — the button is right there.

5. Purchases & subscriptions.

Super Health v1.0 is free, with no ads. A “Pro” tier with optional add-ons (advanced analytics, encrypted cloud backup over a free quota) is on the roadmap. When that ships:

  • Pricing will be shown in your local currency before checkout.
  • All purchases are handled by Apple or Google — we don’t see your card.
  • Refund terms follow the policy of your platform (Apple / Google). For UK / EU users, your statutory cancellation rights apply.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but doesn’t delete your data.

6. Not medical advice.

Super Health is a fitness and lifestyle tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it — not the workouts, not the cardio plans, not the macro targets, not the cycle phase suggestions — constitutes medical advice or a diagnosis.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, changing your diet, acting on cycle-tracking information, or interpreting any data the app shows you. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any symptom you weren’t expecting, stop training and get medical help.

We are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the Service in lieu of professional medical guidance. That’s not a lawyer talking — that’s us being straight with you.

7. Service availability.

We try hard to keep the Service running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take parts of it offline for maintenance, security work, or because something has gone unexpectedly wrong. Where we can, we’ll give you advance notice.

Super Health is local-first. The core of the app works without an internet connection, so most outages on our side won’t stop you from logging a workout.

8. Liability & warranties.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in that period (which, for free users, is zero). We won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

None of this is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer law, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Termination.

You can stop using the Service at any time — uninstall the app, or delete your account from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (e.g. attempting to abuse the Service, threatening our staff, or using the app to harm others). Where reasonable and safe, we’ll warn you first.

10. Privacy summary.

The short version — the full Privacy Notice lives in-app at Settings → Privacy.

  • Local-first. Your training, food, body and cycle data live on your device by default.
  • Optional backup. If you turn on encrypted cloud backup, your data is encrypted on your device before it leaves. We can’t read it.
  • No advertising. No third-party advertising networks, no ad-tech SDKs, no “personalised offers”.
  • No model training. We don’t use your personal data to train machine-learning models, ours or anyone else’s.
  • Telemetry is opt-in. Crash reports and anonymised usage stats are off by default. You can turn them on in Settings if you want to help.
  • Your rights. Access, export, correct, delete — all from inside the app, no email required. GDPR / CCPA rights honoured.

11. Changes to these terms.

We’ll update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll show you a notice the next time you open the app, with a summary of what changed and why. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t, you can stop using the Service and export your data first.
