Plain English where the law lets us. Lawyer English where it doesn’t. If anything here surprises you, tell us — we’ll either rewrite it or explain why we can’t.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Super Health Ltd. (“Super Health”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you install, open, or use our mobile applications and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, the right move is to not use it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Super Health. If you’re using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You can use Super Health without creating an account. If you choose to create one (for encrypted backup, multi-device sync, or support continuity), you’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
One human, one account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we’re legally required to retain something (e.g. payment records).
Use Super Health lawfully and don’t do any of the following:
Everything you log into Super Health — sets, sessions, food, body weight, photos, notes — is your content. You keep all rights to it. We get only the narrow, revocable licence we need to store it on your behalf, sync it between your devices if you turn that on, and show it back to you.
We do not sell, share with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs inside the app. If we ever change this, we’ll tell you in-app first, give you a meaningful choice, and you’ll see it in the next App Store / Play Store release notes.
You can export everything you’ve logged at any time, in a structured format (JSON + CSV), from Settings → Data → Export. You don’t have to ask us — the button is right there.
Super Health v1.0 is free, with no ads. A “Pro” tier with optional add-ons (advanced analytics, encrypted cloud backup over a free quota) is on the roadmap. When that ships:
Super Health is a fitness and lifestyle tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it — not the workouts, not the cardio plans, not the macro targets, not the cycle phase suggestions — constitutes medical advice or a diagnosis.
Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, changing your diet, acting on cycle-tracking information, or interpreting any data the app shows you. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any symptom you weren’t expecting, stop training and get medical help.
We are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the Service in lieu of professional medical guidance. That’s not a lawyer talking — that’s us being straight with you.
We try hard to keep the Service running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take parts of it offline for maintenance, security work, or because something has gone unexpectedly wrong. Where we can, we’ll give you advance notice.
Super Health is local-first. The core of the app works without an internet connection, so most outages on our side won’t stop you from logging a workout.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in that period (which, for free users, is zero). We won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
None of this is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer law, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You can stop using the Service at any time — uninstall the app, or delete your account from Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (e.g. attempting to abuse the Service, threatening our staff, or using the app to harm others). Where reasonable and safe, we’ll warn you first.
The short version — the full Privacy Notice lives in-app at Settings → Privacy.
We’ll update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll show you a notice the next time you open the app, with a summary of what changed and why. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t, you can stop using the Service and export your data first.
